Terms and Conditions
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents that enter on or before the closing date of midnight 31st July 2009.
Entry is limited to one entry per person which must be made directly by that person. Multiple entries will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
No purchase necessary.
No cash alternative is available and the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its control the signed fleece is not available. The promoter's decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be drawn at random within 10 Days of the closing date and notified by telephone within 3 days and to be confirmed as the must also agree, that should Express Insurance require them to do so, to participate in a limited amount of publicity. Failure to comply will result in a re-draw to select a new winner.
The name of the winner will be featured on the promoter's website www.expressinsurance.co.uk.
Persons involved in arranging the prize draw, employees of the Promoter and their relatives and their sponsors are not eligible for entry into the draw.
The promoter is Express Insurance Services Limited, 22 Old Walsall Road, Hamstead, Birmingham B42 1DT Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority as an insurance intermediary. Express Insurance is an Official Partner of the Rizla BSB Team 2008.
