Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 16 years and over. The closing date for the prize draw Sunday 1st November 2009.

All entries must be submitted on or before the closing date. Entries submitted or received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.

Entry is limited to one entry per person which must be made directly by that person. Multiple entries will be excluded from the Prize Draw. No purchase is necessary.

The prize is a 2010 KTM 150SX motorcycle and the motorcycle may have been used for promotional purposes before presentation. The prize also includes a competition license or renewal of an existing competition license for 2010, courtesy of the ACU and subject to licensing requirements.

The winner will be drawn at random within 5 days of the closing date and notified by telephone within 5 days. To be confirmed as the winner the person must be available to be presented with the bike and must also agree to participate in a limited amount of publicity at the presentation as well as promotional publicity materials in relation to the prize draw and presentation. Failure to comply will result in a re-draw to select a new winner.

No cash alternative is available and the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its control the prize motorcycle is not available. The promoter's decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name of the winner will be featured on the promoter's website www.expressinsurance.co.uk.

Persons involved in arranging the prize draw, employees of the Promoter, their relatives and their sponsors are not eligible for entry into the draw.

The promoter is Express Insurance Services Limited, 22 Old Walsall Road, Hamstead, Birmingham B42 1DT Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority as an insurance intermediary. Express Insurance is a 2009 Official Partner of the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship, the ACU Express Insurance British Youth Motocross Championship and the R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R Trophy.
